I think it's inevitable that strict regulations will be introduced this week. The government have little choice after the behaviour seen over the weekend. I would guess Wednesday or Friday will be when we will hear more, If everyone acted on the official advice from the authorities there would be no need for a lockdown. Unfortunately we know people are prepared to do their own thing, only need to read the comments of one of the posters on this forum to realise this. Ultimately everyone will have to pay for the actions of a minority.
