Don't jump the gun, Joe could still end the season winning the Scottish League Cup. Shame we still don't play in the FAW Premier Cup he might have stayed.....

Joe and his agent were after money and a signing on fee.

They were prepared to go anywhere to get the money. The SPL is getting weeker each year, most clubs are Div 1 & 2 standards. I find it hard to wish Joe well so I won't.

Abso-bloody-lutely!!

He was pushed towards the better payday and not guided by footballing ambition. For that, Stoke City would have been the better option by far....after staying at Cardiff City, of course!!

Reports say Celtic midfield were "ineffective and clueless" and that Lenneon is already under severe scrutiny. I don't suppose the Rangers supporters will give him any abuse when they play next, will they?!?!

I remarked previously about the massive 'club' size of Celtic (and Rangers) in the world of football (they won the European Cup with eleven home grown players FFS!!) but that the standard of football they played 95% of their season was, at best, average.

Players are always quick enough to play for them, declaring thay are a 'massive' club and all that goes with it....BUT how many of them actually stay long??? I can recall in recent times Bellamy and Keane going there but not staying too long (boxes ticked) and only Jack Hartson stayed for any period of time (partly because he wasn't wanted anywhere else and mainly 'cos the alternative of a return to his native slum was so terrifying!!)

It's almost like a 'good one to have on your retirement CV' but no long-term commitment....

Joe will be away from there at the earliest opportunity (for a fee this time!!) and I only hope it's not here. That would be an slap in the face for the fans he's already offende so greatly by his lack of self-thought. He's made his bed, so to speak....
