It's not the Police prosecuting though. It's animal cruelty at the end of the day, if it was a dog but in that bin, then everyone would be even worst. Any animal should get treated the same as any human, unless they are a nuisance.

The cat had a very lucky escape , another 3 weeks and the council would have been round and emptied the bin into a crusher ! :o :D

Our cat went missing a few weeks ago; turns out he was trapped in a house down the road as the owners went on holiday.

My wife and young sons were devastated with him missing.

Claiming it's "blown out of proportion" is ridiculous.

Because the RSPCA are not taking this women on then its now left the door wide open for others to follow suit without the fear of getting done


Not all is lost the local council are considering taking her to court because she put the cat in the wrong bin. Failing to recycle properly is a serious offence these days ;)

If it was my cat I'd put a bar over her head the freak as she is.
