old school pompey here

Sun Aug 29, 2010 10:39 am

read a few reports of possible liberties being taken yesterday, thats not ever been pompeys style as i'm sure your older lads would agree with.
i can only assume it was kids doing the bullying, no excuse what so ever and if the kids involved are pointed out to older pompey at future games i assure you words will be spoke.

good following you had yesterday, i noticed a lot of older lads still follow you.
respect from proper pompey and apologies about the bullies

Good post and respect for coming on here and writing what you have, I thought both clubs got good recognition for the Cup Final in 2008 but yesterday brought shame on Pompey.

thanks for the comments
the lads doing the bullying were late twenties i would say and they broke the landlords nose for trying to intervene when they picked on the two cardiff fans.
and your right not what anybody would expect from pompey but this type of thing was going on at newcastle last season so lets hope its not a trend starting

i thought that when i heard what happened yesterday that it didnt sound like pompey. coz they got great firm, old school one anyway. obviously those ones yesterday were just young twats who wouldnt get any respect off anyone including their own older heads. they're hardly the 6.57 crew are they!

Spot on squire,

Pompey always have had tremendous support, loyal as f**k. Don`t apologise for any of your supporters actions, believe me Cardiff have taken liberties many, many times over the years.

Its now payback time, and a lot of our "newer" supporters don`t like it. And I use the term supporters loosely.
