Any news on the potential investors that were shown around the stadium recently? Given the way the team are playing and the buzz about the place they must have been impressed?

Excellent question, I was thinking the same myself.

Also Carl, do you have any update on:

a) Any boardroom/shareholder changes on or around the 28th August. The date has passed without any announcement. Should we still be expecting anything.

b) Any news on the stadium naming rights. The Berjaya stadium was mentioned earlier as part of VT''s master plan to take over the UK. Is this still a possibility or any other company from China or the Far East.

Any updates available from anyone. We need something else apart from transfer deadline day to think about.

The silence is deafening. My whisper last night, with connections at PMG, told me that something maybe happening pretty soon on the Shareholding front, but would not give any details. Anybody else heard anything?

I think you are right that something is going on behind the scenes. I made another call this morning only to be told that discussions are taking place and to wait and see what transpires. I guess we are all a little impatient in these situations and want to know, but as long as it is good news, then it will be worth the wait.

all we can do is to wait and Im sure no news is good news , and those on this forum who are " in the know " have prob kept a lid on things for now until either its a done deal or a non event . Besides I bet that TG and Co are always looking for and talking to potential new investors

I bet the Craig Bellamy deal and the likliness of promotion has opened up a whole new set of doors!
