Supporters Flags in the Cardiff city stadium during behind closed door matches.

The club want supporters to bring their flags to the stadium, but due to the current 5 mile restriction by the welsh government on travel they are unable to sanction it.

Hopefully we might have some news from tomorrow Covid three week review that eases the restictions a bit more generous.

Will update you if it changes.

Quality

The club should allow flags to be tied off around the stadium in normal circumstances. I still don't think they allow it but I think it helps dress the stadium and adds to the atmosphere.
