D-Day for isaacs loan tomorrow

Mon Aug 30, 2010 9:19 pm

Just checked the details of the EGM document from May and the club have to give notice to Isaacs tomorrow if they are to convert the £500k of loan left into shares.

If its not taken up it should give us a clue as to which way VT and TG are going, and if they force through the debt/equity swap then it will effect their % shareholding.

One to ask your contact Carl ;)
