SAM BACK IN CONTROL BY FEB

Sun Jan 03, 2010 10:06 am

Watch this space.

If we can't meet the first HMRC payment then I'd bet that we won't be meeting the Langston payment either. Perhaps that will be a good thing....... :?:

We're in a mess, best forget about this season, let's just write it off and sort out this mess to start again next year.

IF we go bust, how on earth would Sam have the cash to buy the club? He's way down the pecking order in terms of creditors.

Isnt Sam the majority creditor??

As for season tickets, I havent returned my direct debit mandate to Zeba yet so the club havent got a penny of my money, I wonder how many people are in the same position? I bet a few might just tare the forms up!

The stamp is on the envolope and mine are ready to go in tomorrows post whatever happens.

How so?
He's (Langston) the no1 creditor and as such will have a major control over how any administration goes. Once preferential creditors have been seen off he could write off his debt as equity and take control.

So how much do you think will be left once the preferential creditors have been paid off? 10% of F all isn't much.

A blank sheet is better than a red one.

But Sam has no real money, hence his acceptance of the 83K a month offer. Plenty more out there with more cash who will be happy to pick the meat from the bones.

Sam oops Langston's debt is unsecured.

Means he's bottom of the pile.
