REFUND ON TICKETS

Hi Gentlemen/Ladies, just a quick question to you all. Have anybody received any updates on season ticket/matchday ticket refunds? All I'm getting is 'refund pending'. Just curious if anybody has any information on the matter?

Yes - club dealing with all refunds from June 30th onwards.

I would suggest emailing the ticket office they will respond and let you know what's happening with your refund.

Mine said 'pending' too mate. I contacted CCFC by email yesterday on - tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk and had a reply within the hour to say that they have all the info they need and they will be starting work on them on the 30th :bluescarf:

Finally done transferred two season ticket monies for next season , City made it very hard / tough to do .
