Help with city TV

Postby Don Keydick » Tue Jun 30, 2020 5:14 pm

Can someone please tell me how I can watch the match tonight? I'm a season ticket holder and am quite happy to have the live games instead of a refund, but I can't do it on the web site. I have to admit I'm not very bright with computers but I have an account on the City TV but it keeps asking for a subscription.
Can someone explain how to do it in words that a 5 year old will understand? Thanks.

I’m the same. I’ve redeemed my code but when I click on live TV it says subscription required. I’m hoping and praying that the game just comes on at 6pm

But how do you even apply for a code?

Looks like I have a dud code. Just sent an email to support to sort now. My boys code will let him sign into the phone app and watch the link but when I sign in with my credentials I get a "need a subscription for this media content" message. TAMPING!

Now I'm evil, I didn't want to put any more financial pressure on the club during this time, and was quite happy to have the games instead of a refund. Now I wish I'd gone for the refund, but I couldn't even find how to get that. Emailed the club and a promise to get back to me never happened.

It’s a piss take mate I opted for option 2 because I have lost my job also thinking that they are going to show the game by streaming it and it’s free but you got to sign up for package ten quid the club is unbelievable at times

I did apply but thought I must have done it wrong, it came through just after half time, but I'd given up by then and didn't notice until later. Hopefully it's sorted for the rest of the games. Nothing's simple.

Personally, I’ve found the process simple.
If you have the code then do it now and don’t wait until the game. It’s all self explanatory mate.
