Funny enough - he's 30 yrs old TODAY!

has had a decent career as a defender scoring 30 goals, and being fair thats not bad! but is he too old, or would he be wise and clever in the championship again at the ripe old age of 30. Not sure of his pace, but I still think on a free transfer he could be a good bit of business also ?
