Any idea if they have been or any deal arranged for it to be paid???

I would love to know the full breakdown on the figures for PMG's involvement with CCFC/Retail Park.
I know snipits like they took a £50m loan out to purchase the land and build the Retail Park, but received £20m back when they sold the Costco part.
They also aquired the £6m hotel plot for £1.8m which coincidentally was the interest owed on the £9m loan they gave us and receive about £3m P/A in rents from tennants like ASDA, Greggs, M&S etc.
