2 v 1 win to City. Watched the Rovers stream for the last 40 mins. Glatzel was the stand out player in this period. Took his goal well and looked tidy in everything he did. Murphy also looked sharp. Whilst Flint scored and looked a threat at corners his distribution is still woeful. He was easily turned by the Rovers forward line too. If we lose either Morrison or Nelson for an extended period I do worry. Another good work out and result though.

He played well too. He made three decent saves in the last quarter to deny an equaliser. Excellent keeper at this level.

Great to hear Glatzel getting praise as for flint,I think this new lad from arsenal could well push him further down the pecking order,I'm sure I've read he can play across the back,although his position of choice,is right back.
I still believe Glatzel will prove a good player for us,and he seems to be improving all the time not that I have ever said he is shit,like some on here do,he has done ok in my eyes to date, and has had to adapt to the British game,and settle in a new country, alone at first,plus being asked to do something alien to the way he plays best (collect lumped up balls,on his own,from a great height as well )
