The NOWT artticle ???

Sun Jan 03, 2010 11:57 am

Just read it, and from what I cans ee it doesn't tell us anything we dont already know. Yes we are living on a fine line, but PR seems to be toeing that line very well (in my opinion). I think he is a very clever guy, and think with anyone else on board, we would have been in admin ages ago.

The money from ticket sales, will be going on new players, but we need to sell a cpl (as expected) to keep the club afloat. We cannot hold onto Mathews, and ledley wants to go, so lets make some pennies form then to keep the club going. I dont seem the problem... But with the great work form the fans it means we can also bring some new players in.

we are still a club hanging on, and I think that PR is the man to get it all for us, so I think instead of getting ontop of him, we should all rally around and support the club...

If I'm wrong I will apologise, but to take an article from the NOTW and get ontop of our chairman is crazy...

Defo said that the matter was resolved and the HMRC were paid in full.. this prompted many to believe it was a goodwill gesture by the Malaysians... however I believe they went a long time ago

he publicly stated that the revenue had been paid in full.
so yesterday he spent time looking at players he knew we could not sign as under league rules we would now be back under a transfer embargo.
cant you see that selling next seasons tickets in december tells you all you need to know about the perilous nature of the clubs finances.
Over 10,000 people have rallied around to support the club but they continue to have their noses rubbed in it by the continual lies and spin of our chairman.
when the platinum ambassador loyalty bullshit scheme was not working he resorted to the same scheme burnley used last year to desperatly sell more tickets.
he also said the scheme was locked at 10,000 only tickets but according to reports we could have well exceeded that.
The next week i think will be crucial as i think a lot of people have taken out the zebra finance option and the club will be reliant on that money being released asap or the unthinkable might happen.

another article to read:

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footballna ... -25405679/

This tell us that he has agreed a payment plan, and that we have till the end of the year, which he has obviosly got longer on (next week). It would be better for the hmrc to wait a while, so they get their money easier, surley !

Think we should all just wait and see, as too many times we all kick off, then the next day we're saying that he's a good man really...

I understand where your coming from western but it would now seem that having agreed a payment schedule with the revenue to pay them by Dec 22nd that hasent happened.
He publicly stated that the revenue had been paid prior to christmas.
