Does it really matter? Whoever is available and the most suitable for the job is who I’d want. If you try handpicking managers on traits that aren’t relevant to their managerial skills it can end up bad. For example, Ole was signed as he was a big name and Trollope was signed in a move to make the team more Welsh.
