Is it true

Our full back is out for 4-6 weeks? Bloody hell. It was so obvious another right back was needed. We need Bacuna in midfield. Also Wilson out Saturday? God these players nowadays are made of glass. Dwyer and Psycho never injured and they played on dreadful pitches.

It's the same for all teams, just take a look,it's the quick turnaround that's getting players injured, every week teams are missing big players, but yes, I was dissapointed we didn't sign another right back, and they don't make them like they used to. :old: :bluebird:

Football has changed from yesteryear the game is a lot faster and players are a lot fitter, BUT with the fitness regime required to get the players to that level come the increased chance of injury, and of course getting players back on the pitch too soon

Phil Dwyer was my hero as a kid but even he wouldn't claim to be an athlete

These guys nowadays are built like sprinters, Tomlin excepted :laughing6: :laughing6:
