Parliament vote yes
Lockdown to end next week allowing shops, gyms and salons to reopen - and fans back in some stadiums
If your area your living in is in tier 1 and 2 in ENGLAND, football clubs will be allowed crowds of up to 4,000 back in football stadiums.
If your area your living in is in tier 1 and 2 in England ( Covid restrictions ) yes crowds can return.
If your living in 3 and above your clubs not allowed fans to return.
The Welsh Government is awaiting more detail before making its own decision and say they will see what happens in matches in England first.

Breaking news
Monday 23rd November 2020
A maximum of 4,000 fans are to be allowed at outdoor events in the lowest-risk areas when the national lockdown in England ends on 2 December, BBC Sport understands.
It will only be in England, unless Scotland, Wales and N.Ireland also agree with Boris’s plans.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to make an announcement on the return of crowds later on Monday.
He will make a statement to the House of Commons, which MPs will vote on.
There will be no crowds allowed in the highest-risk areas under the new Covid-19 restrictions in England.
Elite sports has continued behind closed doors during England's four-week lockdown, while grassroots and amateur sport has been halted since 5 November.

So the CCS will remain closed because it’s under WAG and Drakeford?

High probability given his past record and his inability to make a decision quickly

For me if Boris put his foot down, he is suppose to be the Pm of the UK, so he should be running the UK, but instead he is a pure baffoon /clown and idiot and cant run anything.

Maybe right about boris generally but a bit unfair annis on this subject as local authorities also have veto on crowds attending games? This matter is devolved to add to the problem! 4k at CCS is ok .....4k at Newport/Swansea may not be.... but crowds should have been allowed long time ago

I wonder what 'up to 4000' will actually mean for different clubs and how an individual clubs number will be calculated. Think it's just going to be in the 100's for a lot of smaller clubs
Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:06 pm
Why don't they just say 10% of capacity? Makes sense!
Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:08 pm
wont happen here - Drakeford needs at least 6 weeks before someone makes a decision for him.

Apparently 4k max in best areas 2k in level 2 areas none in level 3..... but as said this is subject to local safety partnership agreeing size of crowd and of course subject to Adolf drakeford agreeing to it as well
Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:11 pm
If all parties agree then we could see 4,000 next week and then when the vaccine is out and about we could see up to 10,000 and then eventually a full house so things are looking up in the world. I mean us Cardiff fans would love to vent our frustrations on the manager or guide the team to victory.
Either way i cant wait

Its definitely a step in the right direction and something that Drakeford will find hard to ignore unless Wales is in the strictest of strict lockdowns

Dripford crapping himself as we speak
Looks like he might have to make a decision
Mon Nov 23, 2020 4:33 pm
[Another figure plucked out of thin air. The number of fans should be worked out on a percentage per stadium capacity,
and a clubs record on crowd control.
4000 at some lower league clubs would be close to full capacity. Whereas at the new Spurs stadium it would 5 % ish.
It's a publicity stunt.
Johnson couldn't run a bath never mind 4 counties.

That's the gist of what was said it's not 4k its upto 4k plenty room for manoeuvre...... ccs is perfect for this as it's one of best grounds in country for social distancing to be implemented easily ! Of course need the will power of WG and local authorities to allow fans in.

Drakeford will wait to see how it goes in England. Just to prove a point that he runs Wales.

If Mark Drakeford takes advice from people who will make an informed decision and not one on emotions or political bias he will allow Football to have paying spectators when it's safe, so basically when 70% of us have been given the vaccine. Anything before will be just contributing to an already bolloxed up situation. Blaenau Gwent is still rising, people are still dying.

Hang on, Drakeford made the decision to go into a second lockdown while England were dallying with a tiered system and then STILL had to go into lockdown.
He made the decision Boris was too scared to and then made it too late to stop the rise.

Drakeford used the local lockdown instead of tiered lockdown he then went on to put in national lockdown even though several areas didn't need it? and several weeks after he could have because he waited to see how things went in England
Theres not much difference between local or tiered lockdown really? but drakeford was always several weeks behind rest uk in implementing restrictions well documented on here.

Still can’t get my head around how trains can be full but other transport/places you need to social distance
Mon Nov 23, 2020 5:47 pm
People argued that Parts of West Wales shouldn't have gone
into lock down because of the low number of infection.
Well there's been an upsurge in Pembrokeshire and Cardigan .Thirteen Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire schools have closed.
DrakeFord was ahead of the curve not behind.
Anybody listeni to Johnson talking about the tier system much wonder what the f**k is he on about
Mon Nov 23, 2020 5:56 pm
Cant my head around how Cardiff shopping crowds are held up as some kind of wilful genocide yet Football is somehow different? Okay then......

What if Cardiff is tier 2 equivalent and Merhtyr and RCT tier 3 equivalent?
The Merthyr and RCT lot would spread it to people in Cardiff?
I'm not sure this is going to work until people with vaccine passports only can go as they will be safe and probably can't spread it to each other? Even if by some fluke chance they do the people who have had the vaccine have not needed to be hospitalised so it's safer in that respect too?
Mon Nov 23, 2020 5:59 pm
Mmmm Will you be tested before going in
How long will it take you to get in and out off ground
What happens half time ????

It’s nothing to do with Wales yet as Drakeford has said nothing .

Why only couple of schools? I was in ceridigion namely aberystwyth today and schools open there but it as high incidents of covid..... and I live in north pembs where there is no covid worth mentioning so why are they closing schools here but not in south pembs where there is covid spike if call 5 or so a spike..... i simply don't believe what WG says because I live here and local gossip knows more than drakeford that's for sure when comes to covid.
