Not the worst owner but hardly the best. . When he took over we had we have gone from a debt of around 40 million- which given the value of the ground may have allowed us to get negotiate our way out of trouble -to at least treble that.

Too many people fell for the mantra that we would have gone out of existence without Tan. We were in exactly the same position as Southampton and Leicester and look at them now. Big debt, valuable asset that couldn't be used for anything else but sport without the councils assent. They were both put into administration, relegated and came back with the slate wiped clean.

Us and Tan are stuck with each other as the debt is too big to attract any investor unless he agrees to take a huge loss.

no he could not have forseen a pandemic.... but how many of the fans who hated the red but took it up the behind and did not revolt or protest purely for the investment foresaw that all these years later after all the success { and money that comes along with it } that we would be owing him all these millions...
