How do say his second name? NG.

Mon Jan 18, 2021 12:07 pm

Is it as simple as it looks? Or is it tougher to say?

Any good songs to go with it?

Have we signed a player from Crewe before?

Yes, In South East Asian countries it is common but usually used inside a sentence, so I would have thought pronounced like "MMM" but "NNg" with tongue at back top of mouth.

But could be as the BBC Brilliantly researched and reported his surname EN GEE - ffs

I went to school with someone who had this surname and I’m 90% sure from memory that it was as Radio Wales have said...the two letters are pronounced separately.

There used to be a children’s cartoon series about 15 years ago called Engie Benjy with a catchy theme tune, can’t get it out of my head every time I see his name :banghead:

It is definitely pronounced En Gee but we could call him ‘Perry Jasón’ :D
