Longest? I think Kevin Thoephile-Catherine (17 letters plus the hyphen) must be right up there, as someone says above, with John Schwinkendorf (13 letters) possibly the longest singular name

Dimitrios Konstantopoulos was pretty long at 15 letters but I don't think he played enough to worry the club shop!
