I've not known a manager to talk about his assistant as much as MM does, he seems a great guy, with a lot of respect for those working for him and with him.
His man management is up there with the best, I was so gutted with his appointment but look how far we have come in such a short space of time, it's just a shame we can't be there to do it with them, onwards and upwards
