Assuming it would still be a fazed return.
Wasn't a ST holder last few years but not going ever has really made me miss it and look forward to getting back there.

There may be some limited capacity - say 50 % - but that wont make much difference to us. If UK government go that way which it seems that they will,i cant see Drakeford- if he is still there- being able to anything different

Drakeford has already said that there will be no crowds allowed in stadiums this year and I've not heard him say anything different recently.

When did he say this?
A "potential stadia event" is being considered by the Welsh Government as part of a pilot scheme for the return of crowds to sporting events in Wales. Wales' first minister says the test events have been scheduled for May.
"We all look forward to be able to be back watching sport," he said at his press briefing. "We're going to have some pilot events here in May."

Another quote from the same briefing:
"If the pilots go well, and if the situation with the virus continues to improve then I don't think it is beyond the realms of possibilty at all, that by the end of this calendar year we might see the return of spectators to sporting venues, albeit, it will have to be in ways that take account of the continuing risk that coronavirus would pose."

The last quote you've just mentioned is where he has said it.
"I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility... that by the end of THIS CALENDER YEAR we might see the return of spectators to sporting venues"
Does that not indicate that it will be next year before spectators return? He also uses the words "possibility" and "might" and "if" to avoid any form of commitment.
Have any of those pilot events for May been arranged yet?
