Certainly is Chris, as you know, looks like we were only interested last January as we were desperate then for backup for moore, much better player in Collins, maybe Rhodes 3 or 4 years ago but not now

He's obviously settled in that part of the world and he won't even have to move house probably so for him it seems like a good move.
Good for us too because as many have said on here he is probably getting very close to his sell by date and I would not be happy if we offered a three year "pension boosting" deal to a player coming to the end of his career.

I'd snap any clubs hand off for a three year deal at the moment.
Rhodes of 5 years ago would have been excellent. Lately, he's become a run of the mill striker, and I'd even wonder if we had slightly better deal with Collins.

Huddersfield also signed Danny Ward on a 3year deal from us last season and he scored 1 goal, like when he was with us he was injured most of the year! Huddersfield seem to be as bad as us with some of there signings! I’m glad we didn’t go for Rhodes!

Not sure he had a big pay day? However he is near all his family which at his age is a game changer. Good luck to him except against us.
