He had quite a good game, but you see this is the problem. A player from lower leagues has one half decent game on TV, and we should sign him up.

Anyone good at the Hereford v Hornchurch game?

This is how I see the Committee working. See someone who looks good on TV and bring him in.

He has had many good games and we were interested at one point!

Did he not quit football at one point, then re-signed for Newport?

Picked this up from Newport, so looks like he did not quit but was injured for a long time
Coming through Swansea City’s academy, Josh Sheehan first joined Newport County AFC in August 2016 on loan until January the following year. The midfielder scored his first goal for the Exiles two months later, but made a return to the Swans in March following an injury that ruled him out for the remainder of the season. Then, after much anticipation from County supporters, the Welshman re-signed in January 2018. Prior to his initial deal at Rodney Parade, Sheehan spent two loan spells at Yeovil Town during the 2015-16 season, where he scored two league goals in 26 appearances.

So our previous managers, including warnock, who are on the committee, only signed a player after watching them on tv once? Come on mate, your feelings on tan/committee are well known, but even so, thats a nonsense dig imho.

, even I admit to my comment being somewhat far fetched, however who knows what goes on in the wacky mind of VT?

I mean, ( in all seriousness) did he ever ask why David Marshall doesn't score more goals? Or if Liverpool would change their red strip when we played them at Anfield?

If these words were ever truly uttered then I'm sure I'm.not too far away with my thoughts?

Played well the other night and had a good game in the first leg as well.

I think I've seen them on Sky earlier in the season and he's looked a player then as well.

He's had a lot of praise this season I believe.

But it also has to be said that this is League Two he's playing in.

If they go up, then it will be interesting to see if he can stand out in League One. Maybe then a few Championship clubs will take a bit more notice.

If they don't win in the final, I can see a few League One clubs being interested in him.
