Wales. Even though very very unlikely, surely we have a greater chance of winning than the bottom third in that list!
Although Belgium or Portugal for me.

I cant see any difference between us and any of the bottom seven in that list.

There is not much value there, but France have the best squad and should win on paper, Belgium I think are the next best team.
Thankfully though tournaments often don't go to form so who knows?

It’s more because a lot of bets get put on for England in England so it reduces their odds.
