The Trust have the solution!
They are going to form an action group to set up a steering committee with an action plan to establish a sub group, answerable to the action plan steering committee, who will ballot the members and democratically decide who forms this new sub division, to establish a window of opportunity for the steering group action plan committee. They are going to hold monthly meetings which will be minuted and distributed to all paid up members who can then decide whether they need an established long term sub committee steering group with express aims of dealing with future events such as this. These plans can be changed at any time by democratic emails sent to the secretary's assistant director of steering committee sub groups.
Hopefully this positive approach will help to solve the problems!

I do get the piss taking behind the post, and some of its very true, like all organisations it can be a bit slug slow, but thats the way it is when you are volunteers
its in its early days and there are lots of things that need sorting out , thats for sure
but the problem with cardiff city fans , is that there is a lot of bullshitters
happy to gob off but when it comes to actually doing something , they would rather leave it someone else
and then moan and whinge when it all goes tits up
cardiff city supporters trust have about 700 members
if some of the hot air spouted by some of our fans actually materialised , then we would be 5000 strong
we will never, in this day and age of money ruling the game, be able to influence things on a big level , but like the season ticket holder base and the supporters club , they can be a voice
and of course many people within the trust have a very good knowledge and expertise on football related matters
but no, some of our supporter base , instead of all mucking in just slag each other off in little groups
its f*cking pathetic really, like little kids

Couldn't agree more! Perhaps we need a steering group to harness the energy in the hot air group. Can all members of the hot air group reply in email format in alphabetical order at 30 second intervals.
