Hull City twist for Whyte?
Hull City have been linked with former Swansea City star Bersant Celina - casting a shadow over the Tigers' interest in Cardiff man Gavin Whyte.
The Kosovan winger is currently out in France with Dijon, who were relegated to Ligue 2 last season, having previously spent to seasons with the Swans.
With Hull showing an interest in the playmaker, it could have ramifications for Whyte, who spent the second half of last season on loan on Humberside.
Back in April, Cardiff boss Mick McCarthy did not rule out the possibility of Whyte leaving in the summer window.
"We've had feedback and reports," McCarthy said back in April. "We've had people watching Gavin Whyte and he seems to be coming on as a sub just recently.
"We've got people monitoring it. We'll see what happens with them.
"Gavin, I've not seen much of him so we'll have to see what they want to do in terms of their recruitment. He's been there all year and it looks like they'll get promoted, whether they want to keep him, I don't know.
"But whatever happens, whoever's at the club will be back for pre-season and we'll deal with it then."
