Former Bristol City and Swansea City winger Marley Watkins is training with Cardiff City as he looks for a new club.
Big Mick invited Watkins to train and have a trial period with the Bluebirds.

Watkins arrives at Cardiff City after quitting Bristol City
Former Bristol City winger Marley Watkins is training with Cardiff City as he looks for a new club, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.
The Wales international, 30, is a free agent after leaving City upon his contract at Ashton Gate expiring last month.
A Cardiff source has told Football Insider that manager Mick McCarthy has invited Watkins to join them for pre-season training so that he can have a look at him in close quarters.

Looking at his record in an already lengthy career, I don’t think we should sign him. He will not assist the City in reaching the promised land of the Premiership as he just does not have the capability.
