Vaulks' shot from distance is deflected wide.

Brown tries to meet the corner at the far post , but can't get a head on it.

He recovers to pick up the ball out wide on the left before being bundled over.

Tomlin takes the ball wide on the left and immediately curls towards goal, but it goes over the bar. (0-1)

Tomlin lifts the ball over the opposition goalkeeper and goes down after a bit of contact. Nothing given 0-1

Well let's hope training game number 2 goes better. Not that it really matters at all. It's been an interesting exercise seeing U23 players integrating with the first team.

But we need to strengthen in my opinion.

The result really doesnt surprise me. We are simply not good enough as a team, and, perhaps Davies aside our kids offer nothing for the future.

LETS JUST LOOK AT THESE GAMES AS GETTING OUR PLAYERS FIT / BUT I PERSONALLY BELIEVE WE NEED MORE QUALITY IN THE CARDIFF CITY SQUAD

SOME BETTER QUALITY/ NO MORE FROM THE LOWER LEAGUES FOR A WHILE

At the moment my opinion we are weaker than last season.

Waiting for the we'll be in a relegation struggle going in our friendly results? Have Known us to lose them all and have excellent season.... cant say we are as strong as last season on paper but there again transfer window still open ...

Omg, its a pre season warm up for goodness sake,if we win 10-0 it doesn't make one iota of difference. its all about fitness, and trying formations and players out.backwards at a rate of knots? How exactly are we?
