Anyone know how they work out the bluebird credit? I’m sure I should of had a lot more than what’s available on my account. There’s no one to speak to as the ticket office is not manned (what a joke that is ffs). I’ve emailed but no reply, it sure if it was the correct email address.

Initially mine looked less mate but then I noticed There’s a slide bar that can move to the right that reveals your full credit.
