Capacity for Barnsley

I know august 7th we are meant to be moving a level 0 does anyone know what this means in regards to attendance and how many fans we will be allowed for Barnsley?

I believe as long as we do go to level 0 as planned then it’s capacity allowed . I’m not 100% but assuming Drakeford will make announcement at least a week before to confirm what level Wales is in
