Mick McCarthy:
"I understand the derbies.
"I've been around for long enough now and everyone wants to win their particular derby, whoever it might be. It puts more emphasis and more importance on it. This is a big one for us.
"I expect they'll bring a decent following and our crowds have been fantastic.
"I thought they were brilliant last Saturday so I'm sure it will be a great atmosphere again this weekend."
Nigel Pearson:
“We know to expect a tough game but he [McCarthy] will know we have our threats too.
“It should be competitive, and you always expect these types of games to be a tough, physical battle.
"What’s important is that we are still able to play our own way too and we have some good footballers, good technicians. It’s important we don’t try to beat them at their own game, but try and beat them doing our own thing.
“We’ll certainly ask lots of questions physically and in terms of bravery both on the ball and dealing with the physical side.”
