CARDIFF CITY HAVE TOLD WOLVES IT WILL TAKE AN OFFER OF £12M TO SIGN KIEFFER MOORE


At the moment, Wolves are unwilling to pay that fee but things could change in the final hours.

Sky now saying deal is off as Wolves refused to pay the asking price of £12m by City. I hope that's true and fair play to the club for not selling out.

Learning for me - watch what I say. I wasn’t claiming to know that was what was offered - just that is what I had read on social. I didn’t claim it was even right, nor did I give any reason to suggest I believed it and nor did I remotely suggest that the club were entertaining the idea as I wouldn’t have a clue. (Why would I).

However, if I was running Wolves and knowing that we might be need to sell then I would offer a stupidly low opening offer - all part of ‘opening extreme’ in any negotiation.
