How much longer has Ryan Giles got in his isolation?

"Good question. He’s got Covid. And what effect will it have on him? He’s had it once before and he’s double-jabbed. He’s one of the younger players that is double-jabbed. I don’t know is the answer to that.

"He’s not got much longer. He was out before Forest, so it’s maybe about three days before his isolation, but then he’s got to come back and train. We’ll see how he is."

"We are not the only club suffering with losing players due to covid, nearly every club is, we have a squad to pick from."

Covid is not going away, just like the different annual forms of flu.
We have to get on with our lives and learn to live with it.

Vaccines will only prevent (it seems) us catching a severe dose of the virus.

But as it continues to spread it will hopefully lose its strength (virus load) in vaccinated people and those who already have had it, as defences have been built up. The weaker it is, it is hoped, the virus load will fall and eventually a herd immunity will prevail.
Obviously different variants of the virus will alter the load and infectiousness.

90% of Welsh people are now double jabbed so its very likely that we will all see an increase in people double jabbed catching it, thankfully Ryan is one of the players who opted for the jabs...the point is the experts say being double jabbed REDUCES but dosent prevent covid and its obvious to all of us that there have been far less serious illness and deaths than before the vaccine.I know its a personal choice but I think its mad not to get jabbed...its free and easy to do, there will be a tiny risk for some people but that is the same for most medicine, even the common paracetamol.

I know that you’ve said that with your tongue firmly in your cheek but we’re crying out for a fully fit LT.
