Giles in CM? I can’t really understand how that would work.

I’ve put Colwill RW slot empty because I can’t think of a winger we actually have within the club apart from Giles. So he’s had the nod although I don’t think he’s really a winger. The reason for the midfield 3 is that I think Bacuna is decent when he’s in the middle of the park, as he can pass and keep the ball a lot better than any other CM’s apart from Pack. He’s certainly not a winger so I have no idea why MM play him there.
We desperately need to change things up although MM won’t. And by putting 3 in the middle of the park and playing with wingers I think that gives us the opportunity to play a less direct game.
I’d keep a simple back 4, with Sang in instead of Ng because I think defensively Ng has been a shambles all season and towards the end of last. And McGuinness alongside Mozza just to get him up running and he looked dominant in the U23’s game earlier this week. And at LB we’ve not got any other options!!

If you look at the way i have set it up Giles is left wing along with began left back and on the other side right sided players
Sang and mcguinness my midfield looks a little light though so i guess it would be ralls instead of sang.
