I can’t see how we are going to improve. The formation doesn’t work and seems like he has no plan b.

Don’t get me wrong we have too many average players but we are looking horrendous especially at the back.

Moore looks like 1/10th of them player last year.

I can’t see us beating West Brom Tuesday and if we do lose people will make it clear they want him gone.

Even if we miraculously come back to get something today for me he has to go.

I seriously hope they board look at the fans for some kind of recommendations because whoever hires managers doesn’t have a good track record apart from Warnock the last 5 years they’ve been awful appointments.

I’m not saying let the fans chose the manager but sometimes I genuinely wonder do the board know what there doing.

Fans were crying out for Warnock before he was appointed if I remember and the board appointed him.

Majority of the other managers have been flops if they done a meeting with fans I can guarantee they’d make better recommendations than what they’d probably hire if he goes soon.
