FEEL SORRY FOR THE FANS THAT TRAVELLED



Mick McCarthy made changes again for this game. Joel Bagan, Perry Ng and Rubin Colwill all came back into the team.

Ryan Giles was back on the bench.

City started well, with Flint and Moore going close in the early stages.

But it was Blackburn who took the lead in the 24th minute, when Sam Gallagher scored.. 1-0

Ben Brereton Diaz made it 2-0 in the 32nd minute

Brereton Diaz got his hattrick from the penalty spot in the 89th minute

My MOTM was probably Giles, if I had to vote for anyone. Created a lot of chances when he came on

But I'll vote for nobody

Just as well we’ve got that strong squad.. otherwise it could have been a real beating.

Absolutely no cohesion no style of play total disengagement between defence and rest team we actually had more possession which is un heared of in past 3 yrs.... not sure what mick can say to make anything right ? But can guess he will blame defenders which is correct but it goes deeper than that

Mowbray is a good manager...any decent manager would know how to take advantage of our defensive weaknesses after watching us against Coventry . McCarthy doesn't seem to have a plan b..and plays the same formation whoever we play
