The problem we have is we have to many players in our team that other teams only have one of.

The issue is we have no creativity, pace, width or quality in the squad. Our defence continuously pump the ball long and get caught out for pace. There is no link up play as the team can't string more than 3 passes together before going long. It's dire.

No Pace at the back
No pace up front
virtually no pace in midfield
The defenders have forgotten to defend and drop their heads way too quickly
At the moment, the players look like they are not really trying and have downed tools, they did this with Warnock, then picked up, with Harris then picked up, and are doing exactly the same again!
