Here's the plan lads:

1) Sack Mick immediately

2) Replace with our current U23s Coach Steve Morison as an interim Head Coach with the brief of evolving the style of football and galvanising the squad. He already knows several of the younger players and despite limited experience he's earned recognition for the work he has done at the club to date.

3) Communicate with the fans the plan for the rest of this season, next season and beyond. Make sure the plan is based around success on the football pitch.

4) Attend our games more regularly

5) Meanwhile, start the hunt now to recruit a new manager. One with fresh ideas, pedigree and tactical flexibility. A manager the fans can get behind.

6) Provide funds to add more quality to the squad in the January window. Doesn't have to be a massive investment but funds are needed urgently.

7) Get rid of deadwood - Tomlin / Vassell
