“I honestly feel tomorrow”

Postby Forever Blue » Fri Oct 01, 2021 10:09 am

Cardiff will beat Reading at home and it will give MICK another month

I have been told Reading are in a total mess behind the scenes and are awaiting a 9pt deduction, plus their is big unrest in their squad .

Also look at their away form

Coventry 2 Reading 0
Huddersfield 4 Reading 0
Derby 1 Reading 0

It will be the first time we have taken any points off a team above the bottom 7 of the Championship

Reading rely on their home form

Reading lost to Derby County this week as well

They've had some good results lately though after a bad start so there's probably some confidence I guess.

I hope you're right though - we badly need a win before the build up to the derby.

I don't think we are as nearly as bad as the recent results but mick has made a right pigs ear out of shoring up a system that has been found wanting.

I can see a steady back 4. He won't have the bollox to drop Mozza so we'll still have the pace and lack of mobility problem when he and Flint play, but on form, Flint is the no1 centre half. Bagan in a flat back 4 will not be as effective so it may be McGuiness with NG back to his rightful position as a right back. That is solid, not rapid but solid.

It's the midfield that set the tone then. If it's Pack and Ralls that allows 3 attacking midfielders, Giles, Colwell and Harris with Moore up top give me some hope.

That's not a bad team, It won't get us promoted but it won't get us relegated as well.

Mick just lost his way, he was petrified of a hammering by the better teams but just set us up to fail and get a hammering. :?

I am hopeful, I'll soon know at 2pm when the teams sheet comes out

There's no more benevolrnt club than ours when it comes to giving teams in stress a helping hand...

And they can't be that bad; Coventry only put 2 past them...

(Note: Well, you got to laugh; otherwise...) ;)

I'll take a 0-0 to stop the rot. A clean sheet will be the best thing for us.

If only we could fit an extra CB in front of the 5 CB's playing at CB we could have 6 CB's. Every fans dream.

I hope we do win tomorrow, that we go on a winning streak and Mick shuts us all up (myself included).

Unfortunately there are too many of our fans who probably want us to lose in the hope that the manager then goes. Several openly admitted it on here towards the end of Harris' reign.

Others didn't admit it but may as well have.

Personally I want us to win every game we play.

Meanwhile, Reading are struggling on the fitness front. Michael Morrison, Tom Holmes, Andy Rinomhota, Tom McIntyre, Femi Azeez, Lucas Joao, Yakou Meite and Felipe Araruna will all be missing.

However, Scott Dann and Liam Moore could return for the Royals.

I hope this dithering stops today this is like harris saga a win for us today and a reprieve for another few games i hope mc carthys gone after today
Its the style of play that needs to change flyn might not have the experience of mc carthy but so what we are leaking goals like a sieve and setting up to defend at least flyn sets up to win a game i cannot cope with anymore hoof ball and setting up not to loose.

I want Mick gone but would rather him turn things around. Never want to see us lose. I really don't want him here next season though.

I think his days are now numbered here. People are clearly fed up of the dross we are seeing. Even the pundits are speaking out about it now. So every bad run will now spark a reaction like weve seen recently. He is going to need consistent wins and decent performances just to keep people off his case. Really can't see any significant improvements though.

Come on Bluebird fans ' "Get behind the team today" whatever you say and do after the final whistle that's up to you but while the game is being played let get behind the boys, let's send Reading back up the M4 with nothing.

The wet conditions may help in negating the more competent skilful and overall better opposition.

We know we got huge problems but let's deal with them off the pitch after the game and get behind OUR team. The board must be accountable for these problems, MM is responsible for his shocking tactics and the players for their lack of fight.
My question is = what ambitions does the board have for my football club?
