Swansea could have had 5 in the secong half!! Shambles!
Commentator said earlier “Pack not missed a minute this Championship season.” So in effect, that confirms that MM has built his midfield around Pack. The midfield has been terrible (as bad as I can remember). Is that acoincidence. Also when in one of the worst runs of defeats wouldnt you expect MM to occasionally have taken off the most defensive and least creative midfilder for a positive sub - to get back into games.

Still only 1 sub he’s made that was forced due to injury, and still 5 Cb’s on the pitch. HE HAS TO GO!! He’s embarrassing our club.

The worst thing is, no one is going to want to come In and have to work with the squad we’ve got. I can’t even see who would come in and improve us. We’re probably losing Moore in January too. Are we going to rely on Collins?

Well to be expected 3rd game with 5 defenders 12 goals conceded ? Extremely poor management if it didn't work previous 2 games why would it work again? At least this should be end of him by end of day if not sooner..

Can’t score goals and conceding for fun every game = relegation

I do not know why the board left him in charge should have gone after reading

The above mix is so bad that we may as well put the painter everyone thought was running things a few years ago in charge as even he’d do a better job than this

Right now changing manager is the only option if we want any small glimmer of hope of staying in this league or even give Morrison the job over this clown and if we go down it don’t matter now as we are going down under this clown anyway

Slight positive, we’re 3-0 down with 80 minutes gone and McCarthy finally makes a change to the formation. An absolute embarrassment to our club.

Not to much wrong with players its fact that some are played out position and the tactics are not benefitting others... change manger change of style and will see he difference... reading game was good example when he changed tactics why the fck he didnt keep it only he knows.

They don’t pick this team. The team that don’t seem to know what their job is in the formation we have.

Bye Bye MM you should have done differently today, not play a system that does not work, and still playing Baccuna, so defensive and not working, for an experienced manager you have cocked it up again. You are passed it. :banghead:

no they don't pick the team but they have basically forced this squad onto MM. MM should go because he said there was enough quality there. That is proving not the case.

Tan needs to look in the mirror and say to himself if he is the right guy to take us forward. if he is honest with himself the answer is NO and he should bite his pride and sell up.

Something needs to be done. A quick wave on a supporters coach doesn’t do it for me. If we have no money and have to rely on youngsters then at least come out and tell us. Yes, gates may be affected but I don’t think these sort of performances make much of a difference. If you’re going to play the youngsters, then play the youngsters because at the moment, there’s 7/8 of this squad who are simply not good enough.

That would surely be the end of his time wouldn’t it?

Neil, the one area I will defend the manager on is the squad he has had inflicted on him this season

The tactics and formation, albeit to his perceived strengths, are his responsibilty alone

Bacuna now going off (enforced) but looking too late to make a difference :(

I agree about the squad and hopefully people will wake up and see who is responsible for this. That being Tan for those still with their heads in the sand.

Even so this is awful as surely our squad is better than this.

Fucks sake Ian everything isn’t Tan’s fault. If that’s the case he gets the credit for our two promotions then. But you won’t give that will you?

Did Tan make MM pick 5 centre backs today?
Did Tan make MM pick Bacuna who was as ineffective as always?
Did Tan make MM ignore Ng (even at LWB) vs a left sided CB (Brown) with poor distribution skills?
Did Tan make MM get rid of Murphy and Whyte with no replacements?
Does Tan train and set up this team?

Tan subsidises the club and keeps us afloat.

Play the players in their natural or best positions and see a different team.... people slating players but if not utilizing them properly can only expect poor performances ... moore is classic example he may as well not be on pitch for the amount of possession we have inside opposition half...
