A forum for all things Cardiff City

As a rule, I don’t demand the manager gets sacked. Even when Trollope was struggling I would have given him another month to prove himself.
But it’s time for McCarthy to go. We need a change of playing style and ideas. I actually think the players are good enough to be mid table or better. But we have to have some new ideas and inspiration from a new management team.

I hope you are right.
Personally with a proper manager in place I think we will still struggle to remain in the Championship.

I don't think the balance of the squad is right as we are lacking in creativity and it's virtually taking our strikers out of the games, so I am really concerned now. Unless a new manager is a magician we may well struggle until the next transfer window.
