We won’t have any money to spend unless tan suddenly changes his mind.
The squad is awful. We have about 10 players out of contract next summer.
It’s going to be a big rebuilding process and won’t happen overnight imo

Renew contracts for the youngsters
And see where we will go after a few seasons
Gone of the days of the long ball tactic as teams know how to face us
We are going down just because of the financial issues itself
so lets just make a complete reset throughout our club
Players out of Contract:
Sean Morrison
Aden Flint
Joe Ralls
Marlon Pack
Will Vaulks
Alex Smithies
Issac Vassell
Let them all leave i say.

Probably right.
I don't know how bad a situation we are with FFP. We have got to sell before we can buy so Dalman says. I can see us running down these contracts and not renewing anyone. Will we just bring in more youth to replace them? Who will want to take on that task?

Mike Flynn not the answer and it seems the club are now wise to some of the issues that led to him leaving Cewnty
He hasn't had a glut of opportunities elsewhere either, has he?
Our next appointment will likely come from left field again and will be tough to predict

Lets face it, Howes is soon going to be forgotten. The best he was likely to get was a Palace or Brighton and that ships looks like it has sailed.
How many premier league clubs would go after Wilder ? The best he could hope for is a yoyo club, one who have been in the premier league once or twice in the last decade ? The three up the top are the three i'd expect. The rest are much of muchness. I doubt sheff u are considering him.
Then we are onto the unproven ex bluebirds and big name ex players with more money than the club. Then worse still are the old ones still looking for a payday..Pardew, Houghton,Coleman (nooooo), Adkins,McClaren
I guess Big Sam and Pulis wouldn't want a long contract but a big staying up bonus.
We are in a bit of a mess, but we are a decent catch in a very small industry.

agree, wilder would be my choice, I hope we get him as think he’d be perfect for us , and if there’s no money as being stated for next 2 windows he’d be perfect. I think all the others linked would need moneyWelsh Exile wrote:For me it has to be Wilder, I said it on another thread IMO he is the perfect fit for our club right now;
Has pedigree
Possibly had more promotions in the last ten seasons than any other manager and with 3 or 4 different clubs.
Can work on a next to nothing budget and still get promotion.
Plays possession based football, whilst consistently keeping a low goals against ratio.
Goals come from a variety of players and from all over the park which with the exception of Moore last season that’s what we are used to.
Has a history of bringing on lower league player and developing them through to the next level. (Again suits our budget)
More tactically astute than its given credit for.
Has admitted his next job will likely be a championship that’s in a bit of trouble.
Lastly available now, so why waist time, just go and get him.
