It's a strange situation all round, Annis

Not sure what's happening but it all appears very random

Staff shortages? Quieter business? Board decisions?

Whichever, it isn't good and the people who get the 'stick' from unhappy visitors are the very staff that operate the store to the best of their (permitted) ability when it is open

I have always found staff in the shop exceptionally polite and helpful

Same in the Ticket Office, too; first class staffs operating under tough conditions
