Cardiff City are unbeaten in four league games against Hull City (W3 D1) since a 2-0 defeat in January 2016.

Hull have lost their last two away league games against Cardiff without scoring a goal – they last won there in September 2015 under Steve Bruce.

Cardiff are without a home league clean sheet in 13 matches – the Bluebirds last had a longer stretch without a home league shutout between December 1960 and November 1961 (20 games).

Hull City are looking to win three league games in a row at Championship level for the first time since November 2019.

After failing to score in any of his first 14 Championship appearances for Cardiff, James Collins netted his first league goal for the Bluebirds in their 2-1 win over Preston. Collins hasn’t scored in consecutive Championship appearances in the same season since a run of three in August and September 2019.
