A few suggestions for the manager

1. Sometimes it's a good idea to stick with a winning team.

After an excellent second half on Saturday it would have made sense to start with the team that ended that game.

2. James Collins should probably have started the game.

His confidence must have been sky high after scoring the winning goal on Saturday and he came closest to scoring in the time he was on the pitch tonight.

3. Never select Bacuna again.

The goal came from a corner given away by Bacuna after he lost possession in midfield. The defending at the corner was shambolic but if he'd been able to just control the ball properly the corner would never have been conceded.

Hindsight is a great thing I know but losing to your relegation rivals at home is the sort of result that can put you deep in the shit.

I'm sure Steve Morison now realises (if he didn't know already!) that he has a real fight on his hands to keep the club in the division.
