From the extremely reliable Fabrizio Romano:

Leeds fullback Cody Drameh set to join Cardiff on loan until end of the season, done deal. Swansea also asked for him but he’s gonna sign with Cardiff next week.

Several Premier League clubs now monitoring him for next season.

Great news. Is he left of right or both?

Beggars can’t be choosers but I was hoping he was left sided to replace Giles (Bennett).

Andrew, just spoke to a Leeds supporting relative (actually from that area) and he says he's a young full back 'with promise'

Played today against West Ham and had a good game, despite the loss

An intelligent player, he spurned the Jacks, we desperately need a full back and this could well suit the bill :D

We need both a right and left back...Ng doesn’t do it for me and Bagan today was so poor once he got possession

Strange decision with NG and Sang both occupying the RB berth

I think we need both areas covered. Ng in my eyes is probably the worst regular starting RB we’ve had in the last 10 years. And although I think Sang can do a job at RB, his energy and ability to pass and control the ball in midfield made us play a lot better after his introduction today. Whereas with our current crop they can do one and not the other.
Desperately need a LB though, Bagan looked more than capable enough last season. But for whatever reason this season he seems like he has lost his confidence with the balm and seems to get a bit flustered.

I would maybe switch Ng to the right of the back 3 and stick Nelson on the bench. For me Nelson is a worse CB than Ng is a RWB, he is an absolute calamity every game. McGuinness, Flint/Mozza and Ng would be a better back 3 and won't all be the same type of player which is our undoing in this formation.

Nelson is a weak link in our defence. His distribution today was amateur.
Brown is just non league standard.

I agree too but distribution apart, I think Nelson is ok.

No disrespect, but I'll believe Romano over their local rag. A bit like how WalesOnline only report things they see on her.

Romano is virtually never wrong.

Think this along with what Worcester and Morison have said means we’ll be getting our man soon. :bluescarf:

Chris he came on Saturday replacing Junior Firpo who is a left back and had a really good game, so its gets more confusing by the day

It does, Rog. Different outlets, different reports; but the club (Leeds) appear to be saying an encouraging 'not quite yet' but would be 'happy' for him to gain first team experience in the Championship :thumbright:

The feeling is most/any deals City do will come late into the window

He replaced the left back but played on the right. Here's his heat map.
