Can't see us getting anything out of this one.

Blackburn look a handful at the moment.

1 nil Blackburn.
Great back peddle tactics by the city defence. Pathetic watching there player run from the halfway line while back peddling then hits it home from outside the box

Yep great to see the two center halfs running back and back and back like I said above. Embarassing really I get 10 yards but to back peddle untill he scored running from the halfway line ffs and nothing

A bit of a lull right now, as injury stoppage takes its time

Good run from Perry Ng and a shot; but he is unable to get any power behind it and the keeper saves easily

LATEST SCORE: CARDIFF CITY 0 - 1 BLACKBURN ROVERS

City getting forward without too much success, as Ralls has a shot easily blocked

Blackburn initially look threatening but City doing okay (goal apart) and Blackburn unable to gain much momentum, although they just forced a (soft) long-range save from Smithies

LATEST SCORE: CARDIFF CITY 0 - 1 BLACKBURN ROVERS

HALF-TIME

Goal apart, City have had a more than decent first half and possibly performance-wise onevof their best of thecseason

We just HAVE to stop those type of goals that are far too frequent!

Having said that, I can see some changes that are surely down to Mark Hudson's influence?

Impressed with Cody Drameh so far; he's getting forward and into some good positions before putting some good passes in

HALF-TIME SCORE: CARDIFF CITY 0 - 1 BLACKBURN ROVERS

No creativity and no width!! 3 CBs AGAIN!!! And 3 CMs!!

FFS. So desperate for that one more player up top.

Behind to a very good finish and struggling to open them up but overall not bad. Drameh looks a very decent signing and unlucky with a really soft yellow card. Big question is can Morison find something on the bench to change what we've seen so far.

I agree on the shape and the striker; but I think we have created and with that extra body up front we might have fared better

Steve Morison seems to add attack in most second halves so fingers crossed :ayatollah:

After a start where Blackburn had most of the possession, City turned it around in the stats...

City start the second half with vigour and Drameh does well at the far post to head across and it only needed a City striker to convert

Blackburn struggling a bit and a yellow card conceded

Tapped short to Vaulks and easily dealt with when a kick into the box may have fared better

City doing okay though...

City doing okay here without that finishing edge

Stats are backing us up, as Blackburn are disappointing

Perry Ng booked (seemingly for dissent) :(

Yeah. That's kind of what I meant. Too often do we get the ball in the final third and do nothing. There's no pass on or no one pulls the trigger! So the ball goes backwards.
