James Waite aged 22 a Cardiff City Academy player has signed permanently for Newport County in a 18month deal.
Waite came through the academy at Cardiff City and was one of the promising youngsters that the media was talking about and has previously spent time on loan at Hereford, Weston-super-Mare and League of Ireland Premier Division club Waterford.
