How did he do with Gillingham this season?

Gillingham, who were relegated to EFL League Two.

Gillingham won I think 1 game from their last 10 matches.

To be fair to him he had a bunch of players here we all want to see the back of now and I think if he was still here now we would see a similar thing to what Morisons doing. Like Morison the time to judge him will be after a dozen games next season.

And as Neil said in his interview on the quest highlight show last night, he didn't even have a tactic board to work on.
So that sums that up

They were 10 points adrift when he took over and ended up going down on goal difference. Given the state of the club I’d say he gave it a good go

Yeah Harris almost saved them rather than took them down. He inherited someone else's mess. Be interesting to see if he takes them straight back up.

Ill echo whats already been said in here. Harris has done brilliantly at Gillingham. They were dead before he took over, and they were only just relegated. Be interesting to see how they do next season.

Cardiff was far too big a project for him. Good luck to him in league 2, he's probably found his level :thumbright:

That is incredibly harsh given he got Millwall to two play-off finals in League One (promoted second time) and then as high as 8th in Championship and then even took us to the Championship play-offs in 19/20. It even at least ended better for Harris at Cardiff than it did with McCarthy in terms of the situation we were in.

Maybe a bit harsh

I was very happy to see him leave though, dire football and an absolute wet wipe of a man. McCarthy even more so, that guy needs to retire because he literally stole a living from us he didn't give a shit.
